1. We make a homogeneous composition of minced chicken, vegetables slightly hardened in oil, finely chopped greens (if we do not have we can use the version of dried greens), egg and bread crumbs soaked in milk (and then well squeezed), salt and pepper.

2. From the resulting composition are formed small round meatballs, which are placed to rest on a large tray - well lined with flour.


3. Sprinkle the white sesame over the meatballs, then roll them well in flour and shape them, and at the end we dip them in a hot oil bath; when they are ready - they turn golden, they are drained on paper towels, so that they are not soaked in oil ... delicious!

P.S: Chicken meat can be replaced with other types of meat (beef or pork).


Chicken meatballs with sesame

I really like sesame, that's why I couldn't resist the temptation to prepare these meatballs, especially since I was eager to try my new toy, the little Singer Multi 2 in 1 food processor, bought just the day before. The recipe is simple, fast and very good to taste. It is a very suitable snack or entree for a Sunday meal with the family.

Cooking time: Ten minutes

ingredients:
175 g boneless chicken breast, without skin, cut into pieces
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2.5 cm piece of ginger, peeled and grated
1 egg white
1 teaspoon starch
25 g almonds, peeled and coarsely chopped
4 tablespoons sesame seeds
120 ml peanut (or sunflower) oil
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon sweet pepper sauce
3 tablespoons soy sauce
salt
white pepper, ground
fresh coriander (or parsley) leaves for garnish

Instructions:

Put the meat, garlic, grated ginger, egg white and starch in a blender and process until it turns into a homogeneous paste.


Add almonds, white pepper and 1 tablespoon soy sauce. Process for a few more seconds, then transfer the mixture to a bowl.


With wet hands, shape 10-12 balls, about the size of a walnut and roll through sesame seeds. They are put in the fridge for about 15 minutes, in order to harden this cooling period a little, it ensures a more resistant texture for the moment when they will be fried in oil.


Heat a wok and add the oil. When it is hot, fry the meatballs in tranches, 3-4 minutes, turning them regularly until they are evenly browned and done. They do not cook too much, because they will dry out. Drain on paper towels.


Meanwhile, prepare the sauce by mixing in a bowl the Hoisin sauce with hot pepper sauce and the rest of the soy sauce. Serve the meatballs with sauce, garnished with coriander leaves.

tips:
Hoisin sauce, soy sauce, sweet chili sauce, starch and sesame seeds can be found in almost all supermarkets.


1/2 cup quinoa, 1 cup water or vegetable / chicken soup, 500 g chicken meat (boneless leg or breast), 3 & # 8211 4 bunches of cauliflower, 1 egg, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 / 2 teaspoons pepper, 1 cup breadcrumbs, 2 & # 8211 3 tablespoons parmesan.

First boil the quinoa with water or soup and a little salt. When it has boiled, set it aside to cool. In parallel, boil 3 & # 8211 4 bunches of cauliflower. Allow them to cool as well.

While the quinoa and cauliflower cool, cook the chicken. If you have whole meat, it should be chopped with the food processor. The easiest way is to buy it ready chopped, most grocery stores offer this service.

In a bowl put the minced meat, then the quinoa, chopped cauliflower by hand, egg, salt and pepper. Mix well until a lightly bonded composition results. If it does not bind, you can add a little breadcrumbs to the composition.

In a large plate, mix the breadcrumbs with the Parmesan cheese. Form the meatballs by hand and pass them through breadcrumbs & Parmesan cheese. Lined up nicely in a pan, the meatballs went into the oven. It was already hot. Baking takes 10 minutes. After this interval, turn on the other side and bake for another 10 minutes.

Chicken meatballs with five spices, leek and goji

We offer you a delicious recipe with goji berries, which come from China and have a taste similar to that of cranberries. These fruits are full of antioxidants and other compounds known for their properties in fighting cancer or heart disease to lower cholesterol or boost immunity.

Preheat the oven to 180C and prepare a tray with baking paper.

When the sauce starts to thicken, pull the leeks and ginger back over the goji berries and turn off the heat. When the meatballs are ready, add them to the same pan and mix them with the leeks and goji sauce. Serve hot with a rice garnish.

Ingredients for 4 servings of Meatballs with chicken breast and sesame: 400 gr chicken breast, 50 gr bagel, 50 gr onion, 3 cloves garlic, 1 egg, 1/2 bunch parsley, 1/2 bunch dill, 100 gr sesame seeds, 200 ml oil, 2 gr pepper, 2 gr paprika, 20 gr salt.

Method of preparation Meatballs with chicken breast and sesame:

o Pass the meat twice through the mincer, together with the bagel soaked in cold water and then squeezed well.
o Add the raw egg, finely chopped onion, finely chopped parsley and dill, garlic, pepper, paprika and salt to the camels, then mix well.
o Take a teaspoon with the tip of the composition and form round meatballs that go through sesame.
