- 2 tablespoons fat cream
- 50 gr cheese with blue mold
- 50 gr mascarpone
- 50 gr fresh lunch from Delaco
- salt and white pepper to taste
- thin slices of pork pulp from Sergiana

RECIPE PREPARATION Appetizer roll with cream cheese and ham:
For rock: I had 2 egg whites left over from a cake so I used these along with 2 other eggs for the countertop. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt. Separately mix the yolks with the olive oil and add them over the beaten egg whites. Mix the white flour with the baking powder and incorporate it, mixing lightly with a whisk of beaten eggs. Pour the dough into the tray lined with baking paper and bake in the oven heated to 170 degrees for 10 minutes. Remove the dough from the pan, and place it on a clean kitchen towel, which you have moistened before. Roll the countertop and let it cool.
Pt cream cheese: put the cream in a saucepan with a double bottom on the fire. Allow to heat and add the cheese with the mold. Stir until the cheese dissolves, but do not boil. Allow to cool and add the other cheeses. Season with salt and white pepper to taste.
For assembly: remove the top from the damp towel and place it on a food foil. Put cream cheese on top, slices of pork or other ham in the fridge. Roll and roll the top gathered in cling film. Refrigerate and / or 15 minutes in the freezer before serving. Cut the roll into thick slices with one finger and serve with pickles. We served an olive cocktail from Lidl. Good appetite!!
