A super quick dinner that I prepared after a tiring day at work ....
- 800 gr potatoes
- 1 onion
- 100 gr sliced black olives
- 4-5 tablespoons olive oil
- white pepper
- sweet and sour young corn-1/2 jar
Preparation time: less than 30 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Oriental salad:
The well-washed potatoes are put in boiling salted water. After they are cooked, pass them through a stream of cold water and peel them. Cut the potatoes into quarters, add the olives, julienned onions, corn cut in half and then into quarters, salt and pepper to taste, olive oil. Mix all the ingredients, leave the salad to blend for 10-15 minutes and serve.
