Baked seasoned potatoes


They are very easy to make and very good served as such, with fresh salad or pickles, or with meat.

  • 1 kg of white potatoes
  • 1 sachet of ready-made salad dressing
  • marjoram
  • sweet or hot paprika
  • pepper
  • salt
  • oil
  • green onions
  • garlic
  • White wine

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Baked seasoned potatoes:

Peel a squash, grate it and cut it into cubes.

Grease with oil, add the dressing, add the other spices, grated garlic to taste and chopped green onions. Put everything in a pan with oil, water and wine.

Put the dish in the oven on the right heat. Add more water in the meantime if it is needed to penetrate well, then let it drop to brown nicely.

Serve hot with salad or steak of your choice.
