cup mascarpone cheese, softened

cup fresh blackberries

cup orange sections, cut in thirds

Toast bread as desired. Spread each slice with 2 tablespoons of the mascarpone cheese.

Drizzle with honey; top with blackberries and orange sections. Sprinkle with granola and orange peel.
Expert Tips
- If blackberries are very large, cut in half before placing on toast.
- For pretty orange peel, use a bartender’s zester or “channel knife” to remove the peel from the orange.
