Ingredients

carton (32 oz) Progresso™ chicken broth
1
lb uncooked elbow macaroni

teaspoons Dijon mustard

oz Kraft™ Velveeta™ original cheese product, cut into small cubes

cups shredded Cheddar cheese (8 oz)

Spray 6-quart Instant Pot™ insert with cooking spray.

Add broth and macaroni to insert; stir.

Secure lid; set pressure valve to SEALING. Select MANUAL; cook on high pressure 5 minutes. Select CANCEL. Set pressure valve in VENTING position to release pressure. Add milk, mustard, cheeses and butter. Carefully stir until cheeses are melted.
Expert Tips
- Add a little spice by pinch of cayenne with the Dijon.
- Freshly shredded cheese will melt easier and provide a creamier result.
