Cabbage with vegetables at Multicooker


Onions, peppers, clean, cut into slices and put to harden in a little oil, in the Multicooker bowl, set to the FRY program, for about 6 minutes. In the meantime, wash, clean, chop all the vegetables, as well as the sauerkraut. After the cooking time has expired, add the vegetables and finely chopped cabbage. Set the device to the STEW program for approx. 60 minutes. Season with pepper, bay leaves and dried dill, approx. 1000 ml of cold water, then press the START button, and for 60 minutes you can take care of other household chores;). After the cooking time has expired, lift the lid, add the tomato paste and leave it to cook, in BOIL mode approx. 20 minutes. Then disconnect the appliance from the power supply and it can be eaten with polenta / bread, hot peppers or on sweet days it can be seasoned with cream / yogurt and add a "meatball".
