I let the beans soak for a few hours, then I boiled them. I threw 3 waters and at the fourth I added the vegetables.

After they boiled, I took them out in a strainer, I took out the onion and the thyme, I put everything in a stainless steel bowl, passing the beans with the vegetables until they became a fine paste. I added 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt and pepper, let it sit for a few minutes. I crushed the garlic and added it, leaving it to stand again for a few minutes until the flavors combine. Then I added the 2 tablespoons of mustard, mixing well.

In a pan I put a large chopped onion with 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil, 1 teaspoon paprika, 200 ml. tomato juice and I hardened them well until it dropped and a sauce formed.

I added over the prepared beans and pricked them with a fork to intertwine.
