I kept seeing sweets made with coconut. Being my favorite, I still said to try to use it in the preparation of some cookies. What came out? Delicious cookies that melt in your mouth.

  • 250 g butter
  • 200 g of sugar
  • 100 g coconut flakes

RECIPE PREPARATION Coconut cookies:

Simple cookies with coconut

Mix flour with diced butter, coconut, 2 egg yolks and sugar. Mix everything quickly and wrap the crust obtained in a plastic wrap, then put in the fridge for about 1 hour.

After an hour we take the shell out of the fridge, separate it in two and we will get two cylinders that we will wrap in foil and put back in the fridge for about 2 hours.

Rub the cylinders with caster sugar, cut into slices about 1 cm, then put them in the hot oven at 180 ° C for 15 minutes. Serve the powdered sugar biscuits on top.

Peeled apples are given through a large grater. Mix the dry ingredients flour, semolina, powder

Cheese croissants

In a bowl, mix the cheese with the soft margarine, add the egg, baking powder and flour and knead.


Mix the soft butter with the sugar.

Then add the yolks and mix for homogenization.

Then dehydrated coconut.

Put a pinch of salt in the flour and sift it on the worktop. Pour over the previously made composition and knead well with your hands until you get a homogeneous dough.

We put it in a bag or wrap it in food foil and keep it in the fridge for an hour.

Then we spread it with the rolling pin and cut it into a shape of cookies, biscuits or a glass.

We put them carefully (I used a spatula to transfer them) in a tray in the cara we placed baking paper.

Bake for 15-20 minutes at 180 ° C. They are ready when they are lightly browned on the edges.

We break the white chocolate into pieces and melt it in a steam bath or in the microwave together with the milk.

*If you want, you can fill them with chocolate cream, vanilla or various jams and stick two by two, without decorating them.

When the cookies are cold, grease them with chocolate and immediately sprinkle with coconut.

The next day, the ones that remained were even more fragile. Delicious! Good appetite!

Don't be afraid if the biscuit cracks during baking, it's normal. After baking the biscuits, let them cool well, then scoop each one in the middle with a sharp-pointed knife.

We take each biscuit and moisten it inside with milk with the help of a brush.
