A cake offered to children on the last day of the summer workshop .... a workshop that had as its theme food. This explains the less aesthetic presentation of the cake. She was held in class for more than an hour. For this reason, we excluded coffee and alcohol from its preparation.

  • 6 tablespoons sugar plus another 6 tablespoons sugar for syrup
  • 2 cans of mascarpone cheese

The yolks together with the sugar are mixed until they increase their volume and acquire the consistency of a cream. Because they were commercial eggs, I also put them on the steam bath. At the end, put it to cool.

Whip the cream well and let it cool.

6 tablespoons sugar, caramelize over which put 300 ml of water, melt.

When the egg cream has cooled, mix it with mascarpone and whipped cream. Put the resulting composition in the cold for 10 minutes.

Take the biscuits, soak them in caramel syrup and place them one by one in the tray. When the first row is completed, put the first part of the cream.

Put the second row of biscuits and the second part of the cream. powder with cocoa.

Let it cool for a few hours. I kept it in the fridge for a night.
