As simple as this dessert is. Unfortunately, it also has a defect: you can't break up with it until you finish everything from the tray :)
- about 500 g of fruit (raspberries, strawberries, frozen blueberries)
- 2 sachets of vanilla sugar
- Pt crumble:
- 200 gr butter
- 170 gr sugar
- 200 gr of flour
- 50 gr butter or margarine for greased trays

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Crumble with berries:
First of all, take the fruits out of the freezer and leave them to thaw. They must not be completely thawed.
Prepare the crumbly dough (crumble) by mixing the butter with the sugar and flour.
We put the obtained dough in food foil and put it in the freezer for 10-15 minutes.
Grease the trays with butter or margarine and put the fruit in them. Sprinkle the vanilla sugar over the fruit.
Take the dough out of the freezer and scrape it over the fruit.
Put the trays in the preheated oven at 180 for about 30 minutes or until the dough is browned on top.
We get a delicious dessert with crispy dough on top and juicy and flavorful fruit underneath.
